Accessing Proteus from your Simrad Display

Accessing Proteus from Simrad Display (MFD) and Touch Screen Capability

Proteus displays its feed through the video app.

  1. Locating the Video
    1. From the Simrad homepage locate the Video App and press the button
  1. If you do not see Proteus (in the Video App)
    1. Press the 3 line button (Hamburger button) in the upper right of the display
    2. Confirm the video source in the right menu says "HDMI"
  1. If touchscreen is unresponsive
    1. Press the 3 line button (Hamburger button) in the upper right of the display
    2. Confirm the "Touch Control" checkbox is checked
    3. If the checkbox is unchecked press the checkbox
Notes
  1. Note: You can use Simrad’s split screen functionality to split Proteus’ feed with any other app on Simrad’s display.
